Integrated I/O
Vertical I/O, small product size, compact structure, pluggable terminals, quick wiring, supports multiple fieldbus protocols, simple configuration and can be cascaded.

Slice I/O
The innovative separate up and down wiring design increases the utilization of wire slots, making wire management convenient. Each channel corresponds to an indicator light, clearly showing the communication status and preventing misjudgment. The module can be installed in a forward direction, with pluggable terminals for easy on-site wiring. The 32-point module is only 22.5mm wide, with a maximum of 32 slots and 1024 points, reducing space and cost. It supports multiple fieldbus protocols.

Discrete I/O
Solidot's provincial wiring discrete I/O series products use universal industrial network cables to avoid the purchase of special cables and tools, effectively reducing wiring costs. They have product series with different forms and protection levels, which can adapt to various complex industrial usage scenarios. It supports multiple topology types such as serial, star, mixed etc., making system layout more flexible.

IO-Link
IO-Link fieldus I/O, with a product protection level of up to IP67, is suitable for harsh working environments. Designed according to the IO-Link v1.1 specification, it supports various bus protocols such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP etc., and features LED status display along with channel-level protection and diagnostics.

Fieldbus Valve Terminal
Self-developed fieldbus valve terminal. It has strong universality and is compatible with mainstream solenoid valves such as SMC, FESTO, CKD, AirTAC, etc., supporting various fieldbus protocols. At the same time, the base plate can be customized according to the solenoid valve model and number required by customers. The base plate adopts an aluminum alloy design, which not only enhances the mechanical performance of the product but also takes into account its aesthetics.

Protocol Gateway
The protocol gateway module includes products such as serial communication module, robot gateway, protocol master-slave conversion Module and so on.

The core team of Solidot was established in 2012 and developed domestic slice I/O modules in the following year. 2018, Solidot focuses its strategy on the research and development of fieldbus I/O technology and products.
Solidot's R&D team, consisting of nearly a hundred members including more than ten industry experts, has fully developed system integration testing, EMC, and environmental testing laboratories. We own a 5,000m² fieldbus I/O production base, equipped with a 100,000-class dust-free automatic SMT production workshop, an automated assembly and testing workshop, and an intelligent logistics warehouse.
